so got my hands with a slow knife with atk spd(rare one) which spd serms to be equal normal knife spd.
on other hand a normal knife(the third one) with atk spd, its spd is equal to fast knife atk spd(first one) with no atk spd modifier

Interesting, the Porky with atk speed comes really close to dragon dicer, makes sense if the spd of this one is 1.1 and dragon dicer is 1.5

Tho going against high dmg dealing enemies, you might want to try and kill them as fast as possible, so "blunt" damage would be better on short term

Basically extra dmg works like a burning modifier
