in terms of game the guy was grinding for gems to buy a bet and game is in early access which is way is prone to change.
if he bought an item with higher price and the price changed after he must get a refund
about the game price and discount it has nothing to do with game economics brother ur just contradicting urself
whe he paid for the game the devs are getting the money
so its natural to ask for a refund in a game price changing cause it demands time and grind
yeah he grinded for that he must get a refund
its not a pay to win game as said so efforts are counted and must be refunded when changes comes

How's that different? You buy at one price and then it changes, people that will buy after that time will buy it for cheaper, how's that different?
Ok, and? You bought a game that is grind/loot-based, and "farmed" ( if you can even can call it that, as gems comes from daily login and leveling up characters) 2000 gems and bought not a bet, but an item that, just like you said (early access ) is prone to changes and with the balance patch got it's price reduced some day after.
Why should he get refunded?
He bought something willingly at the price that was shown. It was not a mistake. "Had I known it, i wouldn't have done it" yeah no s*it Sherlock, but guess what, we don't predict future and this is an early access, just like you said. It's being rebalanced almost every week, you either sit on your resources till they release a 1.0 or accept that what you buy today could be slightly cheaper next week.

It's not natural to ask a refund here. If the Devs want to refund, good on them. But if not, whatever they don't have to. They are balancing it based on feedback and made it more accessible.

Stop whining, you literally have to log in, and that's it the only way to get gems after your characters are LV 100. Focus this energy you have on something that actually needs it 🙄 ffs 250 gems and you're making as if they robbed you of dozen of hours.
