Hi. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to "steal"/"divide" part of screen. The idea is to make an app that will be visible at the top of the screen (100% width, ~10% height) BUT more like dividing screen. So if user would maximize other application it would look like on the screenshot.

I am not sure if it is even possible in Windows 😦
