Sleep 8 hours instead of 6-7?
At least 8 hours of sleep is a good amount of sleep
keeping the same amount of sleep but sliding your sleeping window could help
instead of sleeping from 00 to 07, try sleeping from 22 to 05
Are you tired during the day or in the morning?
You should time your wake-up alarm around your sleeping cycles. Usually they last around 1h30, so there is a perfect window to wake-up better, in multiples of 1.5 (6h00, 7h30, 9h00...)
Also there are apps that help you find the perfect time. You just put your phone on the matress, and it detects your moving around to determine when you are the most ready to wake up (during least heavy sleeping stages)
12 am is 00 right?
I don't really know I use the 24h system
I guess 12am is midday and 12pm is midnight, i'm not sure
12 am is midnight
I thought 12 am was right after 11am
And 11 am is in the morning
Pm starts at 12 and is midday
Instead of 1
It’s strange I know
that's why I always had it wrong
this is why we should all convert to 24h time
Try humanity idk
adderall
start doing workouts and have an active life
lmao
i workout and get 10+ hours up to 13 just cuz i dont wake up to alarms and im still dead tired every day
proper nutrition and maintaining an active lifestyle. 6-7 hours isnt great but you should be incredibly tired. make sure youre eating a balanced diet and do some kind of exercise
One thing nobody has mentioned, having a consistent sleep time helps immensely.
So go to sleep at the same time every day, your body will learn to go to sleep earlier instead of lying awake for half an hour or more (resulting in less sleep, but you thinking you got more because you were "in bed").
Sleep quality matters, eliminate ambient light, it should be quite dark, almost hard to see.
Cover LEDs with aluminum tape, or buy some LED dimming covers from amazon
Eliminate noise (This is the harder part for some), fans can be relaxing, but if they're too close they can interrupt sleep, I used to sleep inches from a fan you get vivid dreams but thats not restful sleep.
cut out caffeine, building a tolerance for caffeine can make you feel tired throughout the day.
There are a million other things that it could be too, such as ulcers, dietary issues, lack of activity, fast music before bed, ADHD/ADD. etc etc etc
don't sleep
