#whats some of the best advanced QoL spells?

wait this says advanced spells not basic
and then for boss trapping it depends on the boss
its okay im like a week old into ars so theres a lot that i dont know yet
if it has status effect immunity (like cataclysm bosses) AND breaks blocks it might be a bit hard
but
a basic strategy for "bosses" like dragons is to just cripple their movement with

due to ice and fire having hax
they still can fly (and move cuz in air) for half a second
snares good for anything that doesnt fly/have status effect immunity
ohhh
keeping that in mind
is there spells that could amplify or make you do more with melee attacks?
gravity extend time helps snare with that

amplify flasks
or whatever they are called
amplify the potion effect level by 1
so if you put in str 2 youll have str 3

cuz either you can abuse rage glove (which i dont quite understand yet)

can i ask unrelated question about that belt
and not some random idiot casting summon undead with 4 amplifies and a summoning focus
say theres other mods that does summon too, like irons spellbook, do you know if that buffs them too
(if the axes are unenchanted it totals to 19 damage)
(multiply that by 6 and you have alot of damage)

yea
you get the best friend achievement from summoning one
so i usually end up getting it before taming anything else
ooohhh
but like
it works with animated blocks too
so if you summon like a swarm of those
like 2+9=11
so the silly little guys do like 66 damage if my math isnt wrong
(they still will die before hitting anything but after shoving you into something)
I like "Skeleton Key"


And you can add
as necessary.
This just makes a 3x3 area of blocks intangible so you can walk through them. It is also useful when hollowing out a mountain or something where you want to leave the outside layer of blocks. Just add a couple
and it will do a quick flash to show you what's on the other side before you start mining.
If QoL means onetapping most vanilla and weak modded creatures, then I can only recommend:

to launch blocks at your enemies, dealing massive ammounts of damage

Another thing that is a game changer is getting blink and being able to just setup a permanent containment ritual somewhere near your base and teleport things to it. So much nicer than having to always setup the ritual next to something you want to capture
ooohhh, ive used blink mainly to jail people but can see that being useful
