This one is just core glyphs and you should be able to make it in 1.16.5

it basicly applies two potion effects to the target. A high damage wither and a high level hex that negates healing

Basically banned things for tournament
The skills Lust and healer are not allowed to be used and for the semi finals + finals the skill survivor is also not allowed and will have to be removed manually by a admin or me.

List of banned items is: All and any Totems of undying, Ender pearls, Umbrealla artifact.

You are not allowed to create/use ''Lag inducing'' Ars spells to utilize lagg as weapon. This means no crazy orb/fireworks in spells used designed to make the opposing player lagg.

Any spell or item that makes the player invisible is not allowed to be used either.
