Need help with spell idea

I want to be able to lift up a few blocks in a ring around me, have them stay in the air and have them get launched forward a bit later

Underfoot might be what you need here. I don't remember if launch can take an AOE modifier though.

In theory: underfoot launch AOE aoe delay knockback/leap?

Maybe do underfoot conjure terrain AOE aoe launch delay knockback/leap

If you have elemental. You'll also need block shaper focus

Double launch isnt nessecary, saves you a spell slot there. Plus better accuracy that way.
