Since I have no clue about Alfsteel, I can only try go give you the best spell you can try with ars to deal with anything that I can think of.
If your target can fly:

If it's on the ground:

Since you didn't provide a version, I'm going to assume you're playing 1.19+ and have a T3 spell power thread.

Best bet, if those don't work, you'll need to pick up something from the mod that provides the Alfsteel armor

Ars is balanced against vanilla minecraft-ish and itself, if other mods have more power than Ars, that's the way it is.
It's not intended to compete with Ice & Fire, Draconic Evolution, etc

is the best answer to armor ars has, since it bypasses usual armor. If that doesn't work, refer to:

I saw a person on the server who completely studies ars, he can somehow kill instantly with exhaustion

There is no exhaustion in base ars.

Addons completely change the game, but we'd need to know which ones you have and again, which version you're playing on

normal withering with enmity does very little damage against other mods, but that person was somehow able to speed up the withering to instantly
