#Magic Projectile Particles Texture

Hello, I've been using this mod for ages, it is already like a part of my own vanilla experience. But I always find it out of place: the projectiles/particles or whatever this mod produces to show magic.

If its impossible to make them pixelated and a little bit opaque, can we have the option or ability to change its texture? the color wont matter because the option to change it is already available in the magic books.

at the moment it's not really possible to selectively change visual effects, as other asked in this channel (size/opacity/etc.). Might need a train of breaking changes or just a bunch of careful design choices, to implement that kind of customization in the future. Currently dev energies are low, so for what you might want a resourcepack would be worth a try

Asked Bailey about this and he doesn't think this is possible. Even if you able to change the texture, the shader would blur it out and the shader can't be changed without an additional mod

The way I understand it it's some sort of post processing effect applied on top so the resolution of the base image wouldn't really change anything

I did not make a pack. I had the source code it was easier for me to simply change textures in the mod
