Btw enchanters gear can be given spells to cast on use, but all have specific parameters, so you can have like and enchanters sword that causes an explosion or something when you hit with it

Right click table with wand, make the spell but without the form glyph and then shift right click with the book on the table

Place the wand in the table. Make your spell without a form (so literally just firework) and then shift right click it onto the table/wand.
I have noticed, you kind of have to click the side of the table (since it's two blocks) that doesn't have the ink well
Bonus if you're in PVP and your opponent has a potato computer
