At some point either here (looked for about half an hour, can't find it if it's here, search is only so helpful), or somewhere in a video, I saw somebody using a 'dedicated anti-witch' sword for getting wixies for automation. It was some bunch of damage spells followed by a dispel. I'm still not entirely sure how much damage various spells do, so if anyone knows what would be a good 'one-shot witch-to-wixie converter' for an enchanter's sword that just zaps them into wixies without accidentally killing them (which seems to be what happens when I try), I would love to know what it is.
