if you mean non-teleport movement, then it's just leap
talking about anythign stronger than leap -> amp -> amp -> amp is pointless, by that point you're definintely moving faster than chunks can load anyway so 🤷
if you wanna teleport fast short range, add some accelerates to your projectile
Omega and Elemental help with many things but I can't think of any way they improve transportation of this kind
Missile/Arc + many accelerate + blink
Or doing the summon horse + rune exchange to use it in tier 3 too

How does the horse one work? It just summons the horse and moves it a bit in a random direction.
Well, if you use exchange. I try range+horse+rune+interact, but it is very spotty when it works.
Correction, the Rune+Exchange just moves whatever trips the rune to wherever the previous rune was placed. Is it supposed to do that? Thought it was supposed to swap the caster with whatever tripped the rune.
Self - leap - amp - amp - slow falling. With the slow falling it makes you immune to any fall damage. You can be at the sky box and launch yourself downward and not die with slow falling.

Blink on self make you blink forward by a fixed amount (based on amps) instead of a pinpoint teleport

If you have ray you can use ray AOE instead for a similar effect

Summons the horse then creates a rune under it, and when the horse trips the rune, you automatically mount it, even if you are several chunks away from it, effectively teleporting without using

Yeah exchange is poor-mans blink. I use it all the time
Good for moving mobs around or capturing ghasts in jars
I usually use for wither skeletons, but that's a good point.

Blink needs a scroll set to the destination if you're using it to move mobs
ah, but with exchange, in theory, you could bypass that
You also probably want to add a filter glyph from tmg when you're trying to exchange to swap places with mobs
And remember. Hostile mobs will despawn instantly if they are 128 away. So you may want to add a name glyph to exempt them from that if you're attempting to blink them to a containment area
Oh yeah and if you miss with a projectile blink spell, you'll warp yourself to right next to them
