speaking of, where is animate block from? I installed a bunch of addons that I figured would contain it, but it's still not present

nvm, I found it, wasn't listed in the 'Ars Nouveau Glyphs' tab in creative for some reason, so I've been doing this without some glyphs all this time

i really wanted to be able to conjure magma blocks to throw at enemies that turn into lava once they land, but i couldn't get the spell sticking to the block to work

there's no way to resolve as spell once the block land

best you can do is to add delay, snare and then whatever melts the block into lava

the falling block will return stationary after the delay time and the spell will continue to resolve

it was kinda possible to do that in the way you think, but it was causing dupe issues since the falling block entity was removed at the time the spell tried to resolve
