It has come to my attention that the Grimoire is for some reason inaccessible, at least by me anyway, so I believe this is a good chance to finally have a completed spell section directly in the server. To be specific when I tried to check the Grimoire I got an error message which is attached to this message as an image.

If an "Official Grimoire" channel is to be offered here on the Discord, it should be 2 channels, one of which is submissions, and the other (locked) channel is for "Approved" additions (which might or might not become Caster Tomes or Spell Parchments in future updates).
Thoughts?

that would be really neat, especially for new players to learn from/ just straight up copy

Sounds relatively good to me however I do not think it can be locked for the same reason Alex couldnt close the post in #1019655289873641555 to stop people from chatting there. That should be fine though as the community is incredibly nice.

Or, it could become a thread channel

now they can still be edited but most spells there will likely be tested in game

Where people can discuss a completed spell

Threads in the Information section CAN be locked, so maybe that's where an approved set for the Grimoire should be.

We could make a forum area for suggestions, and whoever approves them could copy/paste them to the Grimoire section (with credit given).

#

For that matter, spells discussed in spell-theory-crafting could just as easily be added to a new Grimoire channel.

#

Sounds like all we need now is a channel for them. Lol

Honestly I think it might be easier for new users if there was a grimoire but most advanced players will probably still check the unapproved spells to see what wasnt noticed by the one who approves spells yet xD
