But multiple states. It’ll most likely be a battle of the suped-up-40s.

Everyone else just goes there for the ritual sacrifice to get the points and currency to get items from the shop.

Although a few of those form my state did try to hold for a couple of mins.

The first set - Born Leader - there was a lot more fighting going on and Renowned and Iconic was more strategized and NAPs were formed.

It’s a matter of who wants to lose the most troops at this point. Who has the most disposable troops? Ichi has stats and troops and reinforcements now. Not saying it will be easy or that he will fight but end of the day having those two things make for a much better chance. Eventually the big states will stop throwing troops at the hub if they aren’t even getting anything out of it because of a NAP minus some reward boxes. You’re talking massive losses if ichi goes in full steam ahead and so does his team. If they continue to fill that hub while he holds and takes hits they could take it. Whether the other states help 266 or not. Stats and disposable troops. Name of the game in this situation.

• Added Wasteland Hospital. During the contest, all lost soldiers in battles over Turrets or Fortresses will be sent to Wasteland Hospital (soldiers damaged by Turret attacks when occupying a Fortress will also be sent to Wasteland Hospital). After the Wasteland Conquest battles end, the Wasteland Hospital will close 10 minutes afterwards. For all soldiers that haven't finished treatment in the hospital, 90% of them will recover while 10% of them will die.
• Exploit Source:Previously: Exploits are obtained from killing or losing T9+ units.
!! New !! Finish Wasteland Conquest Exploit quests to obtain Exploits. Quests include Kills Quest, Fallen Units Quest, and Occupation Quest.

If you let all your troops go to the infirmary then the higher that 10% dead will be unless you heal from the state.

Say someone hits and keeps hitting until they get max points such as requiring them to use 2 mil troops for max points. IF they don't heal any then after event, 200,000 will die. So for each mil of casualties in infirmary then 100k will die after even IF YOU DO NOT HEAL AT ALL.

For smaller numbers

Every 500,000 troops wounded is 50,000 killed

For the first round (born leader), is it a SvS event in which all the states in our foothold bracket (34 of them) are competing? What is the voting about? Is there supposed to be a feast at the end of each 2:30 battle or the end of born leader round or end of all 3 rounds? I'm assuming only members of the winning state/alliance can participate in the feast?

If someone can explain how the event works, it'll be greatly appreciated.

That is your local time that the event is running. Wasteland conquest really has nothing to do with UTC. There were 5 theoretically available timeslots for the top10 might players of each state to chose from that were spread out about 5 hours appart from each other.
How those votes were used to reflect the final dates/times is a complete mystery that isnt revealed anywhere. But the same timeslot that was used last time was also used this time.

My only real criticism is you go from.one extreme to another, no cap to a pretty severe cap, I hope they can raise it a bit for a fair middle ground.
