To complete a modification it always finalizes no more than somewhere between click 1 and click 3 at the 250 modifier per click level. That equals approximately between 332 and 335 total clicks. At the minimum of 332 clicks you need 41,832 modifiers. If you were to spend cash it costs approximately $100 USD for every 3000 modifiers. In dividing that amount into the minimum modifiers needed it is approximately 14 times $100. So each modifier is approximately $1,400 give or take considering free modifiers, lower initial costs etc. As illustrated you will always max out at 250 modifiers per click.

It has been lvl 35, but they changed it to lvl 34 at some time

Good spot to start. Watch out for your strongest type. If you start getting smaller tiers they can tank your defense

I mainly use them to reduce the number of T13's I have wounded in a HQ attack. I know they are not "meaty" anymore, but they do reduce the numbers of higher tiers wounded.

Good spot to work on then. They don’t need to balance with what your main type is.

My personal rule of thumb in accounts is have 10 marches of main type and 5 of off types.
