If you go the farm and fly route your welcome to start it in 491, with minimal help you can get to 15 faster and fly sooner or you can pick a random state and level like normal, still doesn't take long to get to 15 either way.

For modules- the gain from enhancing from 30 to 35 is the same amount each rank. It is cheaper tk level 5 different modules to 31 than it is to level 1 to 35 for the same overall boosts.

Depends on a lot of factors not just spend per day. How long you’ve been spending, how often, do you use the top up website or in game. No one really knows the criteria, I didn’t have one for years.

No idea how you got access to the site, albeit it is a public link. However you would have got an in game message advising you that you qualified and to msg a GM. If in fact you did qualify.

The fact that you don’t know what a GM is and it was your alliance telling you indicates to me you didn’t qualify in the first place.

It’s like Kaz said you buy vouchers from the web store and can use in the game. You can switch between the Cash Mall and Voucher Mall.

But there’s more to it than that there are also coupons available on the Web store so you can use them to save yourself some change.

Or if you have a little bit of a spending problem on game, you can set a budget you buy X amount of vouchers for the month, and only use vouchers for whatever you’re specified time is for that budget. so you’re saving a little money and watching your spending

Or in the instance above, if there’s something you want to buy, but you can’t find it on the Web store you bypass that by using vouchers in-game
