If you're really bored with waiting and want something to do- make a farm or 2 level them to 15 and fly to your state. That doubles (or whatever amount of farms) all resources in gathering and production. I don't bother with making them strong. Just enough troops for gathering and as many production buildings as possible

I just wonder the reasoning behind when the attacker has fewer attack points than the defenders defense points so they couple their defense and hit points together to yield only wounded but no kills and deem it a loss because the percentage is higher
