#10 might is 127m, governor has to accept over that, is it even possible to move a 4bn character to the state? 110 day old state.

The older the 4bn might player is, the longer it takes to qualify to enter a new state -- regardless of whether or not the governor is willing to give his/her permission or not.

However, once the state is old enough to allow bigger, older players to enter, there are two ways to enter:

1- get official permission from the governor. That's the best way.

2- wait for a state to be taken over in WK, then either send a farm or work with someone in the state already to balloon in might until they are #1 in might.

Then they can let you in.

To add to what Khev is saying, since your state is only 110 days old, only characters that are equal to or younger than 160 days old can migrate there right now.

You can see that changes as that state gets older!

but it doesnt hurt to go overboard if you are already going all in

should make sure nova research skill is maxed (temporary is fine), on econ skill with research speed, use fast build skill before you start it

and ideally, state boost speedup is on
