Option 2 is the only one that offers diamond refunds, and it's a slower refund since they have to scrape the logs to find accurate values to return. option 1 is easier, base rewards (as written) so they can just auto send out to those affected.

If you haven't started them, starting them before the patch should get you more rss and protons than you used, but only the time spent as of the patch.
If you've finished them before the patch, choosing option A in the survey will get you more rss, protons, and speedups.
Choosing option B should only be used if you've finished them and used diamonds to speed them up.

Actual time consumed does not lineup with the survey chart. That is sooooo misleading.

I just wanted to know if diamonds spent to complete the speedup portion would refund equiv speedups in option A.
