X2 doesn't work on vouchers. But if you're using the in-game mall you can use the x2 on anything in there besides vouchers. It will double everything in the pack except diamonds.

The 4-star cards

If you're going to be a rider, then Reyn.

If a shooter, then definitely Hartwell. Not only is she great for your shooter lineup, she's also great in the campaign

Fighter either seo-yun or Sanguine.

I like sanguine in the campaign more, but Seo-Yun is probably better in your fighter March.

So you might have to do a compromise there. 😄

As for your 3-star heroes, you'll eventually want to get all of them to +5, because almost all of them have some sort of economy boost that will serve you well throughout the game.

So, I'd probably make the first decision based on what you think your troop type will be.

Yet here PNS once again has a frame, with 5% stats, locked behind a paywall. Thanks, but no thanks, and this is on top of screwing up the regular events. 3 more months or so and my money is going to another game. I will keep playing PNS, but I will be F2P after I finish my constellation curios.
