I think huge rounding simplifications in lair battles just cause them to have discrete jump increments rather than it being linear. So you get stuck at certain percentages for a while

I can clear a 51, 52, and 53 solo, but all of them cause a lot of wounded. If I do them full, they are just less wounded but still hurt. I have been at those same places for almost a year. Any upgrade has mtypically made literally no difference or at the most 8 wounded difference

They are turn-based but also they have a morale aspect. It depends on how many troops you can kill before their morale runs out. If you have fewer or weaker troops enemy morale can last longer allowing you to kill more and get a higher percentage

If one state takes another state hub. Need to allow them to take over all charges in other states you take control. I have get experience from another game where the same happened and the governor of the state used all rights in both states. .. points need to be noted and it's make more fun. .....
