How does the game suggestion work, I put suggest first, then put my suggestion of a nano weapon dismantle device to dismantle in batches as it takes to long to dismantle one at a time,.. and it gets deleted every time

We have a bulk option. You get scraps when you shove it into another weapon. It is a feature often overlooked by players because there used to be a rumor you didnt get the same material dismantling vs shoving it in another weapon. But they do give you an option to bulk dismantle for scraps
