There is a trick way to finish the quest though. Find someone in your state or someone you know in arena, challenge him and lose, then ask him to change his lineup with only one hero, and you can challenge him again and get a easy win.

i'd suggest choosing the duo option as the final quest is to obtain 4k diamonds through purchases between the duo (this means only 1 person needs to spend). if you're free to play, pair up with a spender, and vice versa.

you can duo with anyone in the state as long as you're friends in game. i set up this thread for people to adopt partners sooooo... if you're looking for a partner, please send a message in here 😁

If you want ranks instead of just wins, the best thing is to play right before reset. A couple of wins can bump you up thousands of ranks

So this is an internet issue. You can try reloading or turn your wifi on and off to see if that works. Sometimes pns will taketh smallest thing and act up

mars is a harder hitter than mccarty and boosts heal rate while also reducing rage for a target.
mccarty may also boost atk, but he deals Damage Over Time which mars doesn’t do

so i wouldn’t consider it wasteful

having said that though, i don’t often find myself using both in the same lineup, but the logic is sound

if you play right at the beginning of the week. there are a lot of 1 low hero lineups. usually you can win 2-3 times even with only 5 level 70 heroes. before you climb too high. then lose a lot then you can find more 1 hero lineups. this is the only way
