Captains usually super reinforce. If the fighters shooter stats are low there isn't much point sticking them in with their main troop since all troops gain the leaders stats during super reinforce.

Everyone HQ 40, T13s, you get one troop type with “max” stats - say 10k for event and other 2 are 5k. No heros/cores/nanos etc. set number of troops to start - say 5m total - you divide them up between types. Everyone has 500k march size and 4m rally size. Event will be alliance clash style - GO

Leaves plenty of room for strategy, luck, and participation is the biggest weapon. Only one alliance advances to keep from having 2 on 1 scenario

It averages out to $10 a ticket but the tickets are essentially free when you consider the other boxes you get
