There's no easy way to tell the size of the Battle Division but you can get a sense by looking at the Top 100 Leaderboard. I'm in the first Battle Division, which seems to be S1-S380-ish. The next Battle Division seems like S390ish-S520ish. And so on. I'm not sure how competitive the other divisions are but in my division, if you have a 18M lineup with decent heroes like Phoenix and Mantis, you'll rank fairly easily.
