Someone was saying since it said infirm it wouldn't work for deep heal, but that doesn't really make sense because the game recognizes wounded normally and puts them in deep heal when infirm is full. Stands to reason same applies with first aid converting dead to wounded when infirm fullm

If I’m pushing for WK/Ace, I’ll hit first aid when I know my infirm will be full on the hit.
But I haven’t been doing much. WK is getting boring as hell

Best way to do deep heal is fill infirmary with t1 and then wound your high tier
