People do lurk in the shadows. Stop dismissing people who have genuine concerns. Just cause some of us live in chill states don't mean others do. In general yes, but these newer states the players are much smaller on average and often only about 20% of the players are actually shielded still even when I wake up. Before I moved up it wasn't this bad and I could hunt after reset or midday but now...

The reality is, pirates are usually among the strongest in state anyway. Or the ones most willing to do what it takes while others hide away. Pirates don’t hit big states or strong players. They target the weak. So nothing would change during VC since they could still dominate.
Preventing in state attacks gives players a few minutes to breathe.

I agree but I've barely touched 34 and I'm f2p. Sure I could push hq, but I did that with my other account and frankly the research isn't great on it, the buildings are poorly leveled, etc.

I wouldn’t encourage rushing. But a good focus can help. I bring in better rewards in VC, help secure more wins in Res, and overall have more fun at 34 than I did at 29

My focus right now is upgrading my research station to 34, just did 33 last week, and max out mil 2 for 34 and do t11 shooters revenge. Build my troop count, and try to strengthen my gcmc a little.

That, getting my glory refinement up with help of feasts, and leveling up my buildings.

I've learned it's better to be a solidly built lower hq, than to be a shoddy higher hq.

CS tends to be very very very slow about dealing with it.
You need to continue to report it and have multiple people report it. Over and over again.

You can DM me examples and I can submit them with my weekly report, but it likely wont result in any immediate action, but hopefully add to improving CS reactions
