Using your strong marches to join others is gonna make the most impact on your score. It allows you to send your strongest march out like twice as many times

Also idk if this applies to your alliance, but the max personal rewards are at 12m points. So as long as you guys are beating it there’s no need for your bigger players to exceed that

We will just set rallies with 1 rider and heroes once we hit 12m to help others get more points
