I soon will be upgrading to HQ26. Of course maxing out the buildings needed for T9 troops [all 10 BCs to lv26.
How many troops am I able to train at one time? Trying to calculate how many training speedups needed for a full march.

You can tell that now. The number you train won’t change unless you upgrade your boot camps. There are few other places to increase training caps but they are harder to get. Like buying training gear

Each level 26 camp gives 135 cap (multiply by number of camps you have but you should have 10), Chester gives 500 cap, commander economy talent gives 500, So 26 should be 2350 max. Training speed will not be very different from 24.

It might seem like it because you're switching to economy talent to use it. Economy talent has a 500 cap (100 and 400) increase.
