So when it comes to shooter mains yes sometimes 5 of the same hero is better. Even trying an off troop plus 6 red hero. My rider main for a bit was experiencing the same thing as my shooter main. You can easily tell them to look at their battle log video and it shows one sitting out.

Also starter lineups most the time start with 5 of the same type.

I'm not quite sure how championship endorsement works but it seems the one we have endorsed from the start gives us more floating coins based on the multiplier every time they win so it accumulates.
And it seems we get to claim them all when the overall champion is determined.
