The difference changes between different tiers too. Like promoting 12 to 13 barely gives any might for how many speedups it takes. So new is much better for ace Sunday points. Lower tiers theres less of a difference

Wali is already your off-type hero for the "5th hero tactical boost." The only heroes that can replace Seo-yun in your team are Tomoyo+6 or Nataly, Hanyu or Celine+5.
