Yes, there are many events that would require the use of AP boxes to achieve high level rewards. I will warn, though, that the Snow Globe sanctuary skin was one of the easiest ones I've seen. Players' favorite AP event tends to be Travelling Merchant, which occurs on an unpredictable schedule.

The big bracket should be over 10,000 to get into Glory by now. But it's hard to tell where the cutoff is.

Since only top 10k is ranked.

My farm has been floating at 9900ish rank just before reset but missed Glory this week because someone sniped them in the last minute.

My main hasn't missed Glory since the format change but it's harder for my farm as it doesn't have a full +8 hero lineup yet. Also having 350 heroes and no cores puts it at a disadvantage. My main didn't have access to cores until a couple of weeks ago so it's not like it's required but it's certainly nice to have.

yes cheapest for stam cost would be 50 of the better event monsters at 1050 stam with mcCarthy +8 and no HM in the equation
stam regen per day is roughly 380 +30 from daily quests and its a 4 day event

so you can do it with a few of the lesser monsters and still get it for free

so without bag stam or hm the least effective way to do it over 4 days is 42 better monsters and 27 lesser monsters

but you would need McCarthy +8 and maxed stam regen research(and talents)... also no wasting of stam allowed 😂
