For nova ruins you’re increasing like 170% attack by 15% which is hardly anything at all. Compared to a normal case where you’re increasing 100x that amount

For ruins if you’re reasonably far for nova day you can reset stuff like troop size and damage up and max out all 3 focus attacks and complete all the ruins levels. Then just put the stats back where they were

Maintained is growing and plucking. Privilege card is only really useful at higher crop levels unless you’re trying to really spend a lot early on.

Think of it like your soldiers eating food. Any crops over level 7 get eaten back down to level 7. Just like food is eaten until it reaches warehouse protected levels.

Except you can pay to prevent crop degration, and the closet thing to upkeep is a well-known glitch. If maintaining crop is planting 1 a day, reagrdless of rarity ok, but beyond that kinda wack.

I might try for ulrik now that I got one of the other ones I've been chasing for a while. But that means I'll be using design boxes to try for upgrading from epic to apex instead of one of the 5 rares to epic+ (only 3 are troop atk ones).
But the 30% damage reduction from fighter is definitely more important than 60, 120, or 180% troop stats. But much harder to get since I'm aiming for apex.
