The P&S dilemma… do I upgrade my hq. I think, your main, YES! Farms, not so much.. hq24 is a good hq for farms, they can gather lvl6 tiles and Nuka, is manageable for 24farms.. but once you go higher, then it becomes more of playing safe mode. True farm accounts are only there to feed your main resources, so 24 for a farm is plenty. Again, just my 2 cents… plenty more players know way more than me.

Most people will stop at 24 or 29 on their main for nuka. I personally stopped at 29 myself and have continued to get stronger at hq29. We weren't really talking about farms we were talking about our mains and how easy it can be to farm perfect frags

Haven’t been in a position where I’ve had to, but I don’t see why you couldn’t. Entering the feast doesn’t cancel rallies or pull you from gathering tiles ordinarily, and if you make it into the feast you can come and go as much as you like for the duration of the feast

Which HQ Level do you have? I'm currently on hq29, so I only meet players with a hq of 25-29 in nuka. One of the reasons why you shouldn't level up to hq right away, on hq30 you would only encounter players from 30-34. a well-developed hq29, for example, can therefore achieve a lot.
