So upgrade whatever you can to improve your stats so you can fight with others in your Nuka bracket..

If you're strong for your area, send full, but be vigilant of the strength of those around you also👀

If you're trying to gather in an area too strong for you, just send maybe 10k to a tile, so that you can hold it incase someone sends only a few 👀

Military 2 becomes wood heavy in rss costs. Though between hqs 30-34, it was cheaper to swap towards completing phases of Miilitary 2 over finishing last phases of Military 1 with overall rss costs. Also costs blueprints. It's after hq 35 and opening Military 3, the other bits are also necessary. Basically from 35, 36 on, it's cost intensive all around, rss to other items necessary to get upgrades going.

110k blueprints isn't enough, sad to say. When you get into further phases of Military 2, the bp cost goes up plus they're needed for upgrading all buildings. Keep hoarding and saving, then possibly pause at 34 to evaluate what you've got in regards to getting to 35. Unlike other hq upgrades, you need a lot more rss and buildings done to begin unlocking T11s and they're also not cheap to promote. I've been sitting at 34 for many months and run out of bps several times🤣. I was able to upgrade to 35 2 months back, but that's about all I'd be. Need enough to unlock camps and get troops promoted. So I sit pretty on 34 and work on might with troops and gear, chips, etc. Also.. nuka with 31-40 was pointless. I will keep to my little corner of the map a while longer 😆
