I prefer the pc client for nuka. I feel like I can get more consistent march timing on boxes.

And being able to hit esc to exit out of windows makes everything else go faster if I need to. Plus using a real keyboard to type in chat is also faster lol.

Can use pre setup march, usally use it to move my farm/portable warehouse around with me in vc and scout stuff main stay on phone where I can adjust stuff on fly 😁

Hm I never adjust my wall heroes on the fly. My tertiary fighter march is my wall and I never send that one out except during nuka where literally any wall would be effective because t9 on t9 violence is hard

All depends on what I going again, if I plan to hit a heavy rider with shooter secondary I will use a shooter fighter combo if rider/fighter ill switch out 5th hero to a rider and use shooter rider march

Same goes for wall if I know I'm likely to get hit by shooters my fighters go up, if riders my shooter take lead

Just requires me to remember what troop is defending me so I don't send them out by accident

Interesting. I never really do that. I just have my primary (wali) and secondary (dara) fighter marches, my shooter primary (mars) march and my gather/rider (full rider) march.
My wall never changes (Nam) so if I get hit by riders they're just going to hit my strongest troop type with shooter support. I don't have Ulrik or Nam apex so I can't really do much to counter them. My shooter march (1v1 march like in the pit) is a bit stronger than a rider march without Fox apex, but since I have significantly more fighters than shooters, any small gain I'd get from a shooter wall is negated by the troop composition.

That's just a hypothesis though, I've never actually tested before.

I hear that, in my bracket I was the strongest by far. #1 was guaranteed so I sent a full march to box 5 early to take hits. I took 4 and still was on the box - so I had to pull out so someone else could take it. I need to upload my strategy so my state can benefit.

Nuka sucks, but you are well loved in Res War and WK when a big shooter shows up. Any time we get matched with a big shooter, we always lose the match. A big Rider just gets blasted to smithereens by Vent's Red Nam Hayul.

I'll miss HQ29 Nuka but it's good to finally start getting my heroes to 400. The Core stuff is still a bit head scratching. Got a Hard Beach Tile stage already, which is annoying.

I save blitz token for AP events (like Break Loose). If you're low on tokens, you can find the highest level to auto-battle. Using:
+7: Mantis
+8: Ephraim, Fox, Lady M, & Phoenix

I can successfully auto-battle 3-12-1 80% of the time.

For new states, everyone is thrown together but rewards are easier to get. After a few Nukas, you'll get bracketed by HQ size.

Someone completely new to the game in a newish server and likes the game very much asked me what is nuka and I honestly hate nuka with a passion and very rarely join even before the changes.
Is there a guide I can share with him about nuka so he does not hate it like I do? lol he is a baby hq 22 soon to be 23 😬 a guide or an easy-ish explanation to it. Thanks in advance

The best advice I can give for a smaller player is to gather in the highest ore node level they can without getting constantly hit out of them. That's usually level 1 or 2 nodes, maybe 3 depending on the density of the map.

Don't compare yourself to other players because you'll be miserable if you do. The main reason a smaller player should be doing nuka is for the nova mil xp (much more rare than econ xp) and the diamond boxes. Even if you only make it to phase 5 (20k points) that's 75k nova mil xp and 1500 diamonds. Not bad for an investment of an hour of your time.

If you find yourself getting harassed by someone, just relocate to a different location, it's free the first few times.

You get 20% bonus ore if you finish gathering the node (you don't need to gather it from the beginning, as long as you finish the gathering), so try your best to finish them. If you see someone marching to your node, recall before they get there since you'll lose some of the ore gathered when you get kicked off.

Most importantly, have fun. Chat in battle chat. There's lots to talk about with other players.
And if you're not having fun and are still miserable playing nuka, just don't. That's the best part about nuka, is that it's a solo optional event that doesn't affect anyone else like if you didn't participate in Showdown. No amount of rewards are worth being frustrated and not having fun playing a game.

I guess it's possible, if you have at least $10-20K you're willing to spend on top of your account. If I was a NO1 - I'd ask 1-2 bigs (if not all of them) to specialize in Rally stats. Since Rally and Scramble has the same maxed percentage (75%). Barring Nuka or the Pit, and even then it's rare, they don't need individual stats for 1:1 battles.

Like I said I've seen some decent nuka accounts in states higher than mine but I almost never see anyone in the top 10 leaderboard.
It seems like the general consensus among newer state players is that it just doesn't make sense to camp 29 nuka when there's so much at 30+ to boost. Just my opinion though I guess.

I definitely wouldn't recommend my state at the moment. Kinda a soup salad currently.
