I am super disappointed with this event. Every single day I've done the 50 lairs, 15 daily quests, 5 arenas, and 10 campaign runs. I spent $90? on the serum boxes and $40? on stamina bundles (to run so many lairs).

Because of the random 3-30 bounty coins per serum though, and my consistently 'rolling' less than 10, I'm at 2,526 coins total. I did literally everything I could do to earn Valoria (Permanent), short of spending another $50, $100, $150 on serum bundles and it's irrelevant.

Incredibly frustrating.

Ok, so right now we are collecting connecting rods for the GI Joe special hero skins Scarlett and Snake Eyes. Will those same connecting rods be able to be used for the Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow frags or will there be a different way to earn those?

the rods will be converted, the frags will stay in your bag and after the event if you have not collected enough, you can convert them into normal skin frags.

I am going to assume this will be a one time only event, and if you dont collect enough the chances you get them again will be very small, outside of possibly the year end event where you can bid on items you missed in the auction house, but this will likely be expensive and a lot of people going for it, so unless you have a buttload of diamonds to spend, probably not much hope there either.

They kinda suck at explaining some things, like Perfect Frags are the worst, they make it look like you can get points for using them on that day, but you only get points for acquiring them on that day. Basically if you buy them, you get the points for buying them, but not for using them.

so you can have perfect frags saved, and they wont count, but if you buy some, you get the points as if they are 5 star cards.

Because with gold cards, you exchange them and get frags (getting points). Perfect frags are already frags, you just convert them to the frags you want.
Winning them from nuka counts for points.

yeah, depending on when it falls, I think for BL, but do not believe Nuka ever falls on hero day, it is over before reset, but sometimes it will match up with other events like BL or Showdown. Then they do, because you acquired them during an event where they count. But winning one outside of a matched up event will get you nothing for future ones.

but error of timing aside, the principle is the same in saying you only get the points from aquiring them, but the description still says 5 star (perfect) frag which would look to most as it is saying that both of them count as the same, but it does not specify upfront that it doesnt count to redeem them.

so many have expressed confusion about this, asking why it says perfect in the event page, but do not understand why the ones they had on hand offered no points, because it is not stated up front it doesnt count if you did not get them during the event frame.

Yeah, BL is totally random every time, sometimes it is stacked in one favor. I remember one week there were 3 might ones in the course of a short time, and I had enough to clear all 3 to get 6 frags but blew it on one to get 2, and didnt even rank lol. So it can at times play with you to do something in one go and then find out you could do more with what you just did. So when those come up now if i have enough to do something like that I just get my 2 and say screw ranking, i never do anyway as i am not a great hoarder, or high spender.

And by “getting” anything, it includes opening it from your bag. So save save save your bagged items until you can make them count for something. Nova ecn/mil is a great example. You can GET Econ from lair boxes (guaranteed drop) though most seem to use those for the “May Drop” (Chance) of enhancement material towards ACE day 5. To each is own.

At 100% it is guaranteed that you will get 777. That far I understand, but I would like to know what happens after? Will the percentage stay at max every attempt after or will it decrease back to 0 and starts going up again?

Once you reached the guaranteed 100% it will drop down to zero and you just start all over again.

Continue collecting them since they will stay in your bag and you can use them next event.

Yes please. Since accord to what you’ve posted, you had a winning draw on your 1st (20%) and 4th (80%) draw which would’ve guaranteed a win on your 5th (100%) draw.

I am stuck in Campaign expert level 3, Chapter 6 stage 9. Can anyone suggest a strategy for me? The final round has 2 bosses, they basically kill with 1 hit and are immune to bombs.

Unfortunately that's where I'm stuck. I get them down to almost dead or one dead and the other hanging on, when they ice my heroes with one or two shots

that is where I am too. I have been trying line ups suggested by others, but nothing has been working. Some get me further, but in the end the bosses one shot kill all my heroes in one shot. Makes 3-3-9 look like a walk in the park, and i was stuck on that one for ages.

not only immune to bombs, i think the effects only last 1 round, so things wear off. They hit at like 392% damage, and deal poison damage at the same time.

The only hero for poison damage i can think of is Chia-Hoa, who can grant immunity to heroes, so you would have to time him to go off as both do, so you get the skill for your heroes. The more healers the better too. Cant really mute as well with Lady M, but she still helps as a healer, and gives a few extra hits if you time it right, but you would have to get great cascades.

Im trying all I can to figure it out, and its freaking impossible lol.

That won’t get you anywhere near ranked.
How many 5 star hero cards do you have? The gold ones. How many of the purple hero cards? Do you have any blue ones?
Can you spend money on it?
If your don’t have 150+ of the gold hero cards, or can spend mucho money, I wouldn’t bother. Just save them for now. Maybe you’ll have enough in two weeks.
As reference, one pull with 9 advanced coins for ten heroes gives you 200 points.
