Got a question that's a bit in depth but I've been wondering since I started playing. Many of these types of games allow for players to build mass amounts of low tier troops as a meat shield, but when I've done attacks and been attacked I've seen strange things like higher tier troops taking most of the damage compared to the low tier troops on some occasions. So my question is this method viable on here or not?

@neat jackal u get those from the championship arena. If by Sunday night, u are in the top 300 of the arena rankings, you are put into the championship arena, and then and only then, u can get those troop chips.

If your watchtower is high enough it will tell you the status of the wall when you scout.

#

It can take quite a few hits depending on how much they have built and researched their defenses and how high of troops you are hitting with.

Glory level upgrade gives boost to a certain troop type (or to each one). Upgrading glory of those buildings that boost your strongest troops is quite a good strategy.

Quick question I hope that community can help with: Troop Skills -- (like Rider HP/DEF/ATK) -- If you activate these on heroes, are they applied automatically or does that hero need to be in your 5 hero group of the rally/attack? (ie -- if I get Doc Gray up to lvl 71, but don't have him active in my rallies, will his Rider +% stats be passed on to my riders in the attack?)

@still minnow as far as ive known having the troop skills in your heroes is all that matters. For example McCarty lowers the amount of energy needed for rallies on lairs. I do not use him but his benefits are there regardless.

@CatHaven#9463 To answer the example u mentioned. No, it will not be passed on to your Riders. Doc or any Heroes that boosts Fighters/Shooters/Riders/Troops will need to be among the Heroes selected for their boosts to be applied on a Rally/Attack.

@tacit vine we have found that if that characters are deployed to, say, rally, they are replaced by others, maybe, next in power, maybe at random.

By studying the sanctuary defense log after the attack made when top heroes were outside. So a hero can't be in two places at one time.

@tepid shuttle they are both great Economic heroes. I prefer Agents X troops skills, but I like how Mantis works against other heroes in Arena.... tough choice but I would go for Agent X

@unkempt lily I have clarified that with the Devs. It is said that the Governor can't set HQ limit up to 35 now for the new states, just to 30 max with gradual increase. This is to prevent too strong players to migrate to newer states too quickly.

@low bridge Hi Ainsley, an alliance can just occupy one or more of the turrets to score points. As Darth said, it will attack the Zenith Hub.

Un autre joueur m'a indiqué qu'un joueur de faible niveau peut être exclus automatiquement par le système et je cherche a comprendre comment

@sharp fiber no, go to account Account-> User settings. There you can bind your account. On a different device you can use that account.

Is it zenith but expanded to where different states can come and take your state. Or is it like state wide Kill event. I know how to do both but with different names in my other games. @ocean rain Zenith is State wide. The alliance who can hold the Zenith Hub for 8 hours wins. There is also a State versus State event but that is a different event.

@tepid shuttle I believe the newest speed up overrides the earlier one, so if you put 30% then 10% it’s just 10%. I could be mistaken though

@dusty steeple it should be the one holding the hub, he then can appoint titles. If he appoints someone as adjutant they can appoint the other titles as well.

Members of the state pay taxes in the form of resources to the occupying state, which the governor then allocates. So you want to 1. Retain your own control so you don't pay taxes to somebody else and 2. Occupy somebody else so they pay you taxes

@tiny egret it's not an actual heart, but a lightning bolt and it doesn't even say braveheart on it. You can get them for 1,500 diamonds and Noah's tavern sometimes will drop them.

Question for the group at large here.

When I rally lairs the setup to assign heroes and troops currently shows a rally size of 640k which accounts for hero troop skills. Yet when 3nteromg the rally from alliance warfare, the rally cap is reflected as 745k. I cannot find a corresponding tech or talent that would seem to apply after the fact. Any ideas?

We have a leader who only logs in for 5 minutes a day, says hi, then gone. No communication, not even in leader chat on Discord. Since he does actually log in, being level 16 HQ, we can't impeach. Is there another Avenue? We have already put so much into research, starting over isn't a viable option.

Is it worth leveling the lower heroes to 31 and leaving them? Or just let them stay at level 1 but continue to Enhance as the shards come in?

@civic furnace some are worth it. Depending on their troops skills, some are worth leveling up. If you aren't going to use them, the ones enhancing troops are best left at level 1. For example, leveling Otto to level 131 adds to your troop count. Many of the heroes with economic skills are worth leveling up

Look at skills @civic furnace. Some 2* 3* heros give economical boost dont need level them at all unless its in line 2 or 3 of hero skills just get more shards and enhance them

They are there to keep hordes out when they attack your sanctuary. You don‘t put them anywhere, they help your defense.

I have some members of my alliance saying that they log in after an attack and have their resources cleaned out. If they are over their cap, is it only the amount over that can be plundered? For example, if their cap is 1 million and they have 1.2 million, is it only the 200k that is stealable or does being over make it all fair game?

On server 17, we are scheduled to have our first Wasteland War in a week. The event description is a little thin on details and I havent been able to find much info about it. I am hoping to get a little information from older server players with experience. Its essentially a Zenith War but with 2 servers involved where you defend your own tech hub and need to capture the other server's hub? During the battle, can players from the same server but different alliances reinforce together in hub or turrets?

@knotty pike at the end of the link that is shown, should be a series of numbers and letters. If you put in just those, capitals matter, then it should work the same as a link. Just go to your list of servers and click the plus sign underneath them all.

@serene zephyr most of the officers, or the four listed up top as military, recruitment, etc. can start events. Also r4 members can start alliance research.

@faint gull it’s three servers (so you and two others) inside one state it’s the same as Zenith War, only one alliance per hub/turret. If there’s a different alliance in a turret than in the hub they will attack the hub. But you can also travel to one of the other states but there you can only attack what’s in the wasteland and can also only be attacked if in the wasteland. A hub hold for 8 consecutive hours is safe as is a home hub once you occupy another foreign one.

@sour crow there will always be more added to the list I am sure, but you can spend them to speed up builds and research. Also, if you go into your bag and look at the top it will show a diamond store with different items you can buy.

Those are the main items. You also need diamonds to keep your golden hammer for two builds at the same time. 250 for 2 days.

On a smaller note, you can buy vip points with them, and if you get the initial item in the mystery shop some will offer an extra item for diamonds or real money.

You have the farm. You can only have one of the alliance RSS plots at one time. So either you need to deplete the farm or destroy it and place the saw mill.

@vernal fjord you need to send more troops and/or higher tier troops. Your hero’s that you choose can boost stats for the troops, but honestly it is going to be more and better troops.

If you have more troops than your March cap, you may need to raise that as well to be able to send more.

Oh! And if you have a boost, they have ones that boost your troops attack by 20% I believe.

It’s just that. If you view someone else’s they look purple, your own always look golden. So to them yours would look purple and theirs golden. To help you see you can upgrade them etc.

One of alliance members has a friend that is in another state and wants to relocate to our alliance. Would they use Immigration Flight? I am not sure if that person is in an alliance.

Anything going from one state to another would be an immigration flight.

You can get them from an alliance, crazy expensive. They also have a pack you can buy with real money that has an immigration flight in it. Not sure how much that one costs though. @tiny stump

@tiny stump I am sorry JoBeth but that is not an option. You only can send eachother resources. You can find the immigration flight under Rare Items, it’s approximately 5 dollar.

Jo, it's under rare items. It's $5 for the first flight, $10 for 2 more. You'll need 4 or 5 for a decent size hq. Only 1 for an hq15. It's free under hq6.

@manic mango I have a high chance of being wrong, but as long as you have the supplies I believe you can make as many of each troop as you want? I think the cap is mainly how many you can send out per match. So even if you have your 200k T1 and 2 troops, you will only be able to send out 45k(example) on each March.

Also, any alliance forts or other buildings can be torn down with troops you station at them. It may just take a while.

Yes. Your hub will be susceptible to being taken over by another server. If they win your hub, you have to pay them taxes for 2 weeks. Its basically the same as battle for governship, except you're defending your server's hub from outsiders.

They can only attack your zenith buildings, or players in the grey area (wasteland.) So, theoretically, as long as your alliance doesn't port into or gather in the grey area you're "safe."

I believe most Alliances in my state are going to sit it out so the Alliance that controls the Zenith now can get their ass beat since they are ruthless and are on a power trip.

But, if your server doesn't come together to protect your zenith hub, you will be governed by another server. So, there's that. Wasteland is a different from Valiant.

Sadly, top alliances that don't understand the importance of server unity eventually end up either lording it over a dead server, or their server being farmed farmed by more powerful servers.

@dreamy seal if all your building spots are full and you want more farms, have an open build queue. Then click on the steel/inf etc. that you want to get rid of and there should be a little hammer up top.

You can have multiple game accounts in the same server, they just have to be bound to different accounts. I use Facebook for my main, and Google for my alts.

Not sure about that, #1 alliance in our old server took all the enemy hubs. But, the alliance that holds the enemy hub gets the taxes from that server. Theoretically they're supposed to distribute them to other alliances too, but, good luck with that.

You get points for taking and holding hubs and turrets, and wounding/killing enemies, just like zenith fight.

Then you get taxes for 2 weeks.

In Valiant Conquest you can attack all bases anywhere. On the plus side you get all troops back after the event, free of charge.

I would just try to focus on obtaining as many frags as you can for them and trying to enhance them

#

You only need 1 green in the mix

#

You just want to make sure your hitting as many of the green combinations that your can when fighting them since green is blues weakness

#

I wouldn’t use any reds unless there special is worth it. Since the red pieces have the same hit point damage as not having a red hero on your team

#

The unit advantage is going to be consistent, and would be good to know to judge whether a rider will really be more advantageous over a fighter based on the other boosts which might boost fighter more depending on built.

I would guess it is about the same unless you have only been boosting one kind. Though I know you can check you stats from chips and heroes in the ruins. So if you really wanted I am sure someone could calculate which is stronger for them.

I tried a bit something with Mackdaddy in the Arena. I reduced my army size so far that i won just with 2-3%. He had 244k troops, i had 220k. When i multiply these numbers just with the attack boost (troop + fighter / rider) and divided our both normalized troop count, there was a multiplier of 1.33 left. Sounds reasonable.

So if all boosts are identical, you can have just 75% of the troops of your enemy and u can still win.

Yes, there is strategy to it. Depending on your desires for expansion and which type of troop you're specialising in I Run Riders mostly so always level those and on economy side Troop load and gathering make my life easier

Also, I always pick middle button because there is event where you get points for "acquiring" and bringing them out of your bag counts as acquiring, lol

You can send out a troop of only those types and have a much bigger boost, because you put your antiserum, Eva points, research time, chips, module, gear, cube, etc. mostly in those types so they’re at a higher level than if you spread it evenly

Can someone explain the use of "camps" (the little outposts when someone occupies a tile)? S41 isn't Open yet, so maybe it's useful in that phase, but the only thing our Alliance has figured to do with them is using them ss guideposts when trying to get Sanctuaries lined up just right.

Leo, camps are basically place holders. If your alliance is susceptible to attack from other alliances, you don't want to leave a hole in the middle of your hive, when you port out, where an enemy can land. So someone should drop a camp there until that player gets back. Also, if you don't want to bubble, you can send high tier troops camping in an out of the way location to protect them.

Yes to both of those.

#

Make sure you have your alliance and surrounding alliances stop gathering from tiles in the wasteland (gray) during the duration of the war. You will have people who don't listen, and that's a them problem.

However, a base that is shielded in the wasteland cannot be hit.

Right I get that for Zenith. What I'm asking is if multiple states are playing svs and we all have timers that are different. What happens when one makes it to 8 before the others? Do the rest just give it to longest held as before? Cause there is no cumulative wording in state v state. Only consecutive and the timers reset on capture, not continue like when internal zenith.

One makes it to 8 hours and they win. That makes sense. What happens to the other states involved? Do they keep going sans that one state?

All the states go until all three hubs are safe. After all you can take all three if you’re strong enough.

@low bridge each state gets a certain amount of players. As it fills they open a new one. The wars and time weeds out the short term players and then they will either combine states or some other option to consolidate things if this goes like most games.

Let’s people join and then they can combine to lessen the work load, letting new players get the new states and a buffer to grow.

It will boil down eventually. Once the states get settled they police the inactives. They will need the room eventually.

It depends. If you don’t care who wins, it can be a free for all. If your top alliance have a good relationship, they can discuss who should win it.

#

The alliance holding the hub needs to be able to keep it, and ideally the surrounding turrets too. Because even if an allied alliance is holding a turret, it will auto attack the hub.

#

Best bet if you have a decided winner amongst the top alliances, is to let them hold the hub and turrets and you can go after attacking alliances to keep them too weak to take over anything.

#

If you want a free for all the smaller alliances will not be able to keep anything. But they get points for troops killed and enemies killed. So... 🤷‍♀️ there are some point opportunities there.

Also, make sure you block the spaces around the hub with your building to make the marches longer. Even if you take a spot and bubble to just be a place holder.

If you click the combat manuals/talent books when you’re trying to evolve, you can see what chapters in campaign you can earn them from. Just keep doing those chapters over until you have enough. Blitzing them is a good idea if you can

Your troop size is based on how big your headquarters are

Troops can be made forever as long as you have supplies to train them I believe. Your infirmary limit is just the max you can heal at one time. So if it is less than your troops, you will have to do it in multiple waves.

I was told to generally look at my parade ground versus the hq.

In your parade grounds, the second number on troops is not your limit. It is how many you have. The first number drops depending on how many are out collecting or need healing...so not at your base.

It depends on strategy. I have way more troops. But! It means any food I have is gone very quickly since they eat it all.

So if you have the sets for building, and most of your supplies are in your bag you should be ok? But if you want to be able to keep your supplies, I would focus more on the non troop things. It is a fine balance since you want troops to be able to do the zombies/Lairs/events.

The troops at home defend the base if you get attacked. I would say if you are in a good spot alliance wise then you shouldn’t worry so much about defending the base unless it is an event that asks for it like the Dead Rising event.

@versed bridge I do not believe so. There might be a way for the leader to change the time limit. But you may just need to save the spot till they come back. As long as your alliance knows not to attack them and they can pop on long enough to shield, they should be too bad off. Hopefully.

They’re all the same, you just unlock another set at those levels. So there’s no benefit to focusing on one set over another.

You can store/withdraw a set limit each day. As far as I know, it is 900k, but it could go up as you grow. It is protected from looting if you get hit, but you will need to be smart about withdrawing for builds with the limit. Edit: @frosty nacelle then I know the ware house has a limit, a very high one. But it would go to show then that the limit may grow as your allowed drop off grows as well. shrug

Hey HelloKitty, I personally like McCarthy from the pit shop. Just for his troop skill of less stamina cost for going on raids. I'd look at the other commanders skills and see which one you like. Such as Eve from the ruins who is great for healing your party, or Mantis from 777 slots who is good for removing rage so the other party can't use it's skills. Zephyr from some events is also a great defender. Although it's probably easiest to get Requiem from attacking monsters on the world map, a decent enough damage dealer if you can't get any of the others. The game would recommend buying Scarlett for her free speed ups. It's your choice what to go for in the end of the day.

Immigration flight, if the state is open. Depending on your hq level will determine how many you need. Someone else I hope us the number scale. You can get them from either your alliance if you ask them to stock one for 500,000 alliance coins. Or you can buy one for 4.99. @iron cloud

@frail parcel I like Ephraim when boosted up to +2 or 3. Combine him with Ulrik and you get some pretty crazy damage combos as his abilities for arena take away both defense and attack. Almost a must have along with Agent X for Campaigns. Marlowe is ok...Mars is beast with Ulrik or Ephraim...or both but he is single target, and you now have Obsidian. McCarty is just a notch under Ephraim to me as his poison ability almost gets less useful the higher I go with more heroes dispelling it. Ephraim also helps huge in Special Ops. I would vote Ephraim.
