Hello. Despite all this being active I've never gotten a notification for this game in a couple years of playing. I originally thought it was my phone. But I recently got a new phone and also my alliance members all say they don't get notifications either. Most of my other games send me notifications. My shield has expired several times cause I didn't realize time was up and it leads to attacks. Is there any way we could get this fixed?
Have you checked if your devices settings for notifications allow notifications for the game?
I have. It's set to allow.
Most of us have game notifications off. They do not work or are insanely inaccurate and delayed. I've yet to see it fixed the years I been playing so I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it to be fixed. Set a timer yourself for your bubbles as a fix tho 🙂

I've had these unknown 5 bits of mail for days now. I've went through every section of mail hitting 'Mark all as read' but yet it remains.

Since when do you need to have a successful attack in Campaign to get it to count towards special events? I spent 270 AP, successfully won 6 of my Campaign battles and that's all it shows I did in the current special event, Prayer for Future, 6 out of my 13 tries. Is that another bug or did someone change the rules?

It's not about getting rewards in Campaign though, it's should be about taking turns in Campaign for the special events. At least, it should be renamed to be more accurate in the list of how to get your tokens: maybe it should be called Campaign wins instead of just Campaign. Know what I mean? Thanks anyway, I guess I'd been stuck so long in the same spot I'd stopped trying to get ahead for a while

I was having network and freezing issues a half hour before reset so I fixed game then rebooted both the game and my device: this seems to have resolved that issue but I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.
This is on 2 different rounds during Sim training.
And campaign *EDIT-Exiting the game and reopening fixed it.
It's happening after doing the puzzle duel event.
Same here, after today’s mini update. Reopening the game (even without “fix game”) helps to get rid of it too, but the bug comes back in awhile
Every time if you do the event before the regular match stuff.
The puzzle duel event itself is broken. All the special bombs look the same

I have recently (for the last few days) being doing campaign chapter 2 phase 20-7 on auto when I noticed the following video corruption
I am using an iPhone and I have ask others in alliance and someone answered saying they are not seeing this. They have a Samsung
I have tried to restart the game, the phone showing this is an IPhone 16 pro max
I got also the same issue on pc version. Bombs (small and big) plus stun grenade have the same spark icon and can't figure what it is actually there
and that's now from a fight (pc version)

Is there a bug where the infirmary doesn't heal what you choose?
I started with 720k taxi. Decided to heal them all. However, when I started healing only 82.5% of that started healing and I was left with 88.9k taxis.
So then I chose to heal all of the 88.9k taxis; again, only partially started healing and I was left with some that I had to heal again. And so on and so on.
Screenshot was my last attempt to heal all 1320 taxis left but when I clicked heal, only 1231 started healing. Not all.
This is on PC.
I'm on iPad with tablet mode activated and don't have this issue.
My iPhone 13 doesn't either. Hope this helps to narrow it down.
I am on a Samsung tablet running Android 14 and am seeing this corruption in Hero Duel Survival. I haven't tried any other Match 3s yet.

This is happening on my iPhone 16. I have force restarted app and turned the phone off and on. The first two pictures from the hero duel make it incredibly hard to play. And the puzzle duel is really hard because we don’t know what is a vial, bomb, or grenade
The event ended at reset. The screen stays for 1 more day in case you still need to claim rewards.

Hi... I've encountered a problem in a puzzling duel! I haven't been awarded points for the last two duels 😬
In Prayer for the Future, I'm not receiving any daily points today for lairs, AP, etc. I have screenshots showing this if you would like.

Help please🙏🏼 shielded with a 24hr shield at 8:32 that you can see in the screenshot and then my hq was attacked at 8:41, how did my shield drop? You can see there was no war frenzy or anything to cause it to drop before the attack?

In the super mecha module, once you get to lvl 6, it initially requires you to obtain 2x level 6 modules to fuse and upgrade to level 7 module. Once at lvl 7, based on the conversion rate established, once you obtain 2 more lvl 6 modules of the that type, it SHOULD allow you to fuse into 1x lvl 7 module, but instead now requires you to collect 3x lvl 6 modules to have them fuse to a level 7 module. Is this a bug? If it only requires 2x lvl 6 modules to fuse into a lvl 7, it should stay the same the next time you fuse into another lvl 7.
It needs 2 plus the one equiped lvl 6 to lvl 7 - so in total 3 lvl 6

I have noticed at reset that I have been getting negative might. Yesterday was -750k and the last time I noticed it it was -375k a couple times on consecutive resets. I haven't been available at every reset to notice, but the first time I did notice it, it was after the doomsday event.
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this situation?
Do you have plants that go between level 7 & 8? It sounds like there was crop loss for not keeping something high enough.
My focus is fighter, and my levels are 8 on 2 and 7 on another fighter seeds.
That seems very high might loss for a few crops rotting.
Yeah, it's a 375k loss if my crop isn't over the threshold of level 8 enough.

Does the benefit outweigh the loss? I only have the one crop at level 8 and I'm wondering if it's even worth it to go higher with any of the others or just stay at 7.

Just don't upgrade right away. Keep planting and build a buffer while you build a supply of seeds. You only need to plant 1 epic seed or 2 purple seeds of each type every day to maintain.

With Windows 11 ctrl+v (coppy paste dosn't work ) you can not even coppy yourd idle land to make alliance help and no coppy from internet or chat it just shows message invalid characters . For Android all is fine but i gaming from my computer windows 11 and coppy paste just dosn't work it is so so so making me sometimes angry . I have to explain to my team i can not put idle land in aliance mail i just can not coppy it where even some music i love and i cant paste it in chat cuz letters dostn match its invalid windows 11 looks this game do not fully support it is still in some ice age development ?

If you click it, it gives you the statistics
The only way to get an Apex core is to use Holos and Advance an Epic core. You can't randomly get an Apex core for clearing a sim battle.

For the fishing minigame, there appears to be an error in the chest rewards. For the resource rewards in the small/medium/large floating chests, there is:
1 x 7.5k / 3 x 7.5k / 10 x 7.5k Gas
1 x 30k / 3 x 30k / 10 x 30k Steel
1 x 150k / 3 x 150k / 10 x 150k Food
but then it is:
1 x 15k / 3 x 15k / 10 x 15k Wood
It seems clear to me that based on the value pattern of these rewards, wood is meant to be
1 x 150k / 3 x 150k / 10 x 150k, just as with food. It seems odd that the wood reward would intentionally be 10x less value than any other resource rewards of the same tier, so I assume it is a bug/error.

Well, so i had 15 000 vip points, and i had 4900 diamonds from activities etc.. when i wanted to raise level to 7 which is on 20 000 i just lost diamonds ._. no points gain
Check your bag. If you bought VIP points from the VIP menu, they are buy and use. If you buy them from the diamond shop, they are not automatically used.

It is not possible to set quick join rules for special Lairs 8 and lower (e.g. currently the screaming pumpkin for halloween) . The same is true for regular lairs 34 and lower

Under the Get Items tab on the Joy Coin screen. Top one says purchase boxes. Under it says reward: but lists no reward. Purchasing a box gets you reward
The rewards under it are from dailies. The top one you get what you purchase. Thats it

This happens on the laptop for some reason, especially if I have been idle for a while, or playing a while on one account and then switching characters. It happens only occasionally on my tablet. Not sure why it is.

I've been trying to get into the game for 20 minutes. Same with several of our alliance members.
Could you explain why it is that when I setup marches to gather over the reset that their results are lost. There is no increase to the values I am holding AND the gathering is not counted toward the daily quest following the reset. The gathering is set up to complete AFTER the reset . This is occurring on 3 different servers. PS this used to happen and no longer does.
Got a new iphone, iphone 16e - now i cant zoom in or out on the world map, in the HQ map it is possible. I tried the Fix Game Button and restarted the phone, still doesnt work - could it be a problem caused by the latest ios update ?

Okay. Am I dumb or is the math not mathing? "Total activity points reach 200" is supposed to be a way to get a Candy Coin. I have 185 points with only 5 more possible points I could gain. Is this an error or, is there something I don't know? Pretty sure 185 +5 = 190.

I'm having an issue where all of my characters are stuck on training 330 troops at a time. I cannot change the # at all. Im able to train upwards of 2000 on my bigger character. did I click a weird setting somewhere? It seems its just been since I created another character in the new state 🤷♀️
It shows the number of how many you can train at a time at bottom. If it's a small character it might be the most until you upgrade your bootcamps/have more. It could also be locked as in not able to train more than 300 at a time, bottom of screen, it will show it open or closed.
I'm lmao at myself rn. I've been playing for like 2 yrs and have -never- seen that lil lock till today. Pretty much saved my sanity, thank you!!! 🤣🙏🙏

I use healing theft on opponent X and focus on him.

Announcements about curios that people in other alliances have activated are sporadically popping up in alliance chat. They vanish after switching between accounts a few times, but twice now I've thought we had new members outside our territory or people changing names 😂
It is a weird feature imma assume it's not a bug I think cause a few of the 1 time curios have done that🤣
I just figured it was because they're there and then gone. I thought they'd stopped with the outside alliance spam bc I haven't seen it in a while.
They are not fully deactivated. You can still evolve and upgrade the discontinued heroes. Don't know when I did it but it was after she was switched for Amelia.
May be intentional to allow us more ways to use antiserum for the dailies 🤷

Hero glory isn’t easy to get into. You need to rank at the end of each week top 10% or top 1000 depending on which is greater

Something has happened to my account today. The chosen language is switching from English to Russian randomly now, since the moment I joined last Nuka and came back. Hero reset bug, super annoying and I doubt CS will do a single thing about it (chat bot, really?!)…I reset Hartwell this morning who was 210 (max). Goal was to get her up to 130 then use the remaining antiserum on another hero.
I immediately started leveling her back up, using my bag as needed. I am only able to get her to 85 now…which means a lot of my antiserum disappeared. No, my bags were not full before and I didn’t use antiserum on any other hero in between. I had close to 0 before I reset her….
I guess take this as a warning everyone: DO NOT reset heroes until this is addressed (if it ever is). Absolutely unacceptable.
When you reset a hero the antiserum goes in your warehouse/bag
The game will use what you have out above capacity to level up the hero which sometimes is less than what you need to fully level them up again
I know, and I auto used all from my bags and still was only able to bring her to lvl 85. I did not use the antiserum for any other hero in between either.

All of those achievements require the specified total done in 1 event - not cumulative across many. So for hero event you need to get 36M in todays event for the achievement.

I am trying to immigrate to state 1055. I met all requirements except that I am in an alliance. I have tried numerous times to drop from alliance and attempt immigration, but I continue to receive an immigration restricted message. Please help.
It looks like 1055 is still a restricted state, meaning it is not open for players to move into it yet

Why can’t I ever find the join party button when the alliance party starts
It says the party has started but I can’t join . I was told just click on the bottom right corner but nothing happens

If you can't find it through the on screen interface, if you click on your events you should see it listed under regular events and the tile labeled "Alliance Party". If you click that once the party has started you will see a button that says "join party"

I don't get candles everytime... It says limit is 15 and I understand 15 of each color (if not, the curio is impossible to get) I got a capture of how many I have, then I clicked one random statue and then... I still got the same number of candles

There is a bug with game State Chat. Whenever we type in there, it freezes ANY other chat. I have to literally restart the game DURING Valiant to be able to see Alliance chat or even type in a chat window.

I only had 4 24-hour shields on my farm account when I put it on initially. There are 2 now after putting on another. It was hit 4 times. Anyone who's about to do major upgrades would likely quit if they got zeroed out during that kind of a glitch.

We won our VC pre-battle & am supposed to have +100% gathering & march speed, there has been literally no change to it as the gathering takes the exact same amount of time & marches don’t feel any different, after several years it’s obvious to spot things like this, has anyone else had this issue?

Let’s focus on march speed, because that IS noticeable, this isn’t +100% on top of thousands, march speed is low even in comparison to gathering which can be 700-800%+, march speed is 5+ times less in terms of percentages & it’s not noticeable at all.
I raised a 2hr shield before realm expedition started 1hr 15min later I raised a 24hr shield the shield didn’t last for 24hr why I lost 93m food 41m wood 5m stone 3m steel.
It happens from time to time. Know issue about the shields. I’m sorry.

I went to top up on the official website and I logged into my main account on the top of center website and then I put the vouchers in my bag went to go and pay and then I went to the privilege center to get a coupon and the privilege center sent me to the wrong privilege center sent me to my other accounts privilege center and I didn't get the coupon showing up in on that page that I was on so I went from the privilege center to the official top up website and I put the vouchers back in my bag and paid for it and it was the wrong account

Anyone having issues with humanity wavers? It does not always collect candles after I've cleaned a statue. I click "clean" it says +1 and then when I go to the exchange shop, the amount of candles for each color doesn't change.

A player in my alliance who isn't on discord just won a weapon box (for john wick, patty pots, mr crosshair) in this new event but it gave them a special ops box instead. Sure seems like a bug 😁

If you could still finish level 10 you'd have enough for the curio.. if you'd already completed level 10 then you're right
If either of yours says this with level 10 there but isn't at 30/30 you'll get the +20/20/20 when you hit the bar and submit
The bar only resets when you click submit. If you click after reset it just means you have less time to get it refilled. Make sure to get it refilled before the event ends and click submit.

It’s not broken. It was originally not well coded or done. Not sure what the right term would be for it.

How are the valiant points figured out. There is no way the totals can be accurate. When someone in my state has 175 million points and the next closest in other stats is only at 30m there is no way they can be 300m higher than us as a state

Why not? 831 has a lot members and is very competitive. You see only top 100 ranking, but by the amount of players in a state if all are engaged and contribute their piece of cake its possible.

Rare earth pit problem! "Pit idle" indicator, go to pit, try to enter but am getting the message "gathering time too short, unable to recall". Meanwhile pit is IDLE. Restart device, fix game, blah blah blah for the usual remedies to no avail. NOT asking you to solve this. I am only putting this issue out there to see if anyone else is having this problem. Messaging the bots they pass off as customer service as we speak. This has been a several days long problem. Since they effed up the groupings to prevent us from gathering to favor the whales as usual.

I’ve had similar issues myself. It’s frustrating, but my teammates helped a lot with the lost RSS. I understand your frustration, but it needs to be handled calmly, contact CS or ask your teammates for support.
There are many bugs in the game (they should be reported), but the moderators here are not to blame for them. Just communicate with them humanely.
Today, for example, over 500,000 of my T10 fighters disappeared, and my speed-ups too. I tried the “fix game” option but it didn’t help.

I'd like to ask why the Polish Word "bym" is being flagged or censored. It's a normal grammatical form and not offensive in any language. Could you clarify the reason why this happens?
In Polish it functions as a politeness/softening particle - its censorship is quite awkward in normal communication.

Game censores a lot vulgar expressions. But mostly in English. In German for example, you can write whatever you want, and translator is working quite normal. lol
As long it does not contain the stuff being censored in English. 😂

When I first enter the screen, it still shows the megaexorbitant voucher prices. If I change the tabs and move back, it changes to the normal exorbitant prices. 🤭

I was editing Tomoyo’s specialization page 1 but hadn’t saved it.
I switched to McCarty and his specialization no longer shows his completed page of stats but instead shows the same as Tomoyo’s.
His page 2 still shows the partial stats

The name was all in capitals with underscores seperating each word just like in the message they sent

There's a bug in special events collection master ( maître collectionneur). When you leave in middle of game, the " continue" buttons doesn't work. We are forced to press restart in order to get in event again.

I broke this box that has the bomb hiding it and now the tile is unavailable. Cant click the bomb.

None of this is working. Reinstalling the game is a nightmare! I made that mistake before. After all the cash a player spends...this is unacceptable.

I'm not sure if this is the right channel to report this. But the 2x3 challenge where you slide your character to the side shooting while things come towards you. Several of them are very poorly designed with no win option at all on them. I've tried every feasible option on some of them & there is just no way. Here is a short screen recording of level 1 & 2 of these challenges to prove my point.

Hey I don’t know if this is intended but with Urlik if you use his skill first and send out meyers it removes urliks bond from everyone. Considering this is a debuff why would it be removed with meyers skill when Destiny bond is a debuff

All Transformer events were banned for purchases from Russian IPs (Hasbro, the owner of the brand doesn’t work in Russian market anymore). Russian players could buy stuff via vouchers of PnS store or using VPN for the previous events like this one.

I tried to contact CS about this issue and wrote out a whole report along with my screenshots but it won't let me send. I bought what's in the first screenshot but what I actually got was in the second screenshot. Please correct AND fix your CS complaint department cause it won't take a ticket!!

The campaign shooter mini game (Control Master?) is occasionally bugged, where the bullets originate from the center position instead of where the character/finger/cursor is. It is usually inconsistent enough that you can just try several times until the bug doesn't happen, but for some of them it seems to happen every attempt. For instance 2-13 I have tried probably like 100+ times now over a week or so and it has bugged like this every time. I am pretty sure I otherwise know how to beat it, but losing control of the bullets for extended periods makes it impossible.
Sometimes it's every shot, sometimes it's every other shot, and it always reduces the middle shots to a single bullet while maintaining bullet speed/strength. It usually happens towards the beginning like in these videos, but sometimes happens further into the run.
Quiz for the infection in last of us sometimes comes with a wrong answer set, asking for some names instead of the actual Infection cause

I would like to mention like Sidereus; my partner (Samsung device if it applies) is having the same bug where bullets originate from starting position. Moving the character will sometimes move firing position but then may be randomly firing from the middle again. Makes the mini game impossible to beat
How do we still have the random shield dropping problem?
The mall is false advertising yet again. Emailed them day before yesterday. They told me to hit the fix button and see if it fixes the issue. This time with a bigger package. I want my money back this time. First pic is what was advertised. Second pic is what I actually got.
For some reason your store isn’t updating right after reset. But only thing you can do is contact cs 🥹. Can also try your GM or a GM.
Us mods can’t help with money issues

My Google always says its a handful of diamonds on any purchase I make and I dont know why it does that but it was the curio pack
I dont usually use Google pay and this is why I usually go through the website but no matter what I buy it always says its diamonds

But if you requested a refund through Google and it gets accepted. Your pns account will get locked until you pay it back. (From experience)

It just shows the vouchers and some other stuff I exchanged the vouchers for but there is nothing curio in my history

"The Final Clue" is a MALL "event"
But the button in the Trapped Megatron event leads you to Holiday Events. Not the mall.

It’s 3rd or 4th time when on the beginning of WK when translation tries on Battle Division causing Network error and we have to restart game otherwise chat is no longer working.

I think there is a bug with the achievements. Through "Conqueror" it's only possible to achieve 29 stars now. It should be 30 but I think they removed one quest. I'm not sure but I think before there existed the quest "Kill 5.000.000 or more units in Wasteland War"....

Question , one of my team members is listed not qualified to sign up inTundra Tussle , but she is a T12 and fairly strong compared to some that can sign up. Is there a way to fix this . She has participant in it before and there is a lot of room for her, except this not qualified thing

I think there’s a bug somewhere in the calculations of dailies. I’ll collect 1 of each every rss and have them come back 20-30 minutes after reset but I don’t always get credit for them.
Make sure you have the most current app version and use the fix it button
Why does the game constantly lose connection and reconnect. It used to happen once in a while, but now it happens all the time. Every time I am on.
Haven’t had any issues, try resetting your router
When I have this problem a VPN solves it.
No I set up my camp while swapping out SWP with my teammate. With full Demi mutant march. It killed 500,000 of his Demi mutant units. Permanently dead and 350,000 in his infirmary

Was his infirmary full? Also. Why didn’t you set up 1 troop camps

I usually do. But I’m not sure how I did a full match . I think his infirmary was almost full of taxis from WLK. That’s why they died. Not enough room. I’m sick about it. I only lost around 50,000 Demi mutants. After that I use a camp formation of one T1 taxi. Rather than self selecting the one taxi.
I just wasn’t paying attention I guess and it was devastating to my alliance member Lobo.
You can ask CS and such. There’s a very very small chance anything will get done.
We had this happen where someone hit an hq
(Regular) Tundra is missing the icon to enter and battle chat.
The battle division chat is only showing up for some players during Tundra.
The event icon on the bottom right of the screen was also missing, so we had to access the events tab in order to relocate for Tundra.
(For Pc) Trying to drag my window is putting it in a larger verison (that doesn't load properly) i've restarted my game like over 10x.
like i can't even drag the window it just automatically expands it.
The Devastator(march) attack animation is glitched, it teleports around the target as its hitting it

one of my characters had a problem. I used the 10 for 9 in NoahsTavern 5 times. I started with 53 advanced coins, finished with 8 left over. I went to collect the items in the Unicrons Secret Vault but it says I only used 1 advanced coin. I have a 2x multiplier also

i upgraded Agent X up to +4 but the rally size and gathering march speed it promised did not materialize. is this a glitch?
Its says rally size +160000 but nothing happened. My rally size is still the same. Why?
I used all my joy box savings for four years and my rally size stayed thr same.
The cumulative bonus at +4 is 160k, but it's only a 40k upgrade from +3

I had something strange happen. it said I crafted (and claimed) an. apex wave earpiece for Ray Ramos. But it's not showing in my inventory. Is that because the hero isn't yet available to me? Will it eventually show up or otherwise why did I get to craft it and not have it?
Did it show up in your alliance or state chat? It’s not listed under weapons inventory? Is any ear piece there

Don't know if it's a "bug" but anyone else having the match 3 matches reset the board when theres plenty of playable moves, changing everything, and cause you to lose? This has been happening for over a week. I had a canister that could be used in UC as well as other moves and the board reset, took it away, and changed all the tiles for absolutely no reason. Sometimes it does it every other move. It's highly irritating and I'd like it to stop...
