They are quick to fix issues and respond when they make a mistake with an order. The bad part of the support for Aya devices is that many software issues are more likely to never be addressed and then they just move on to the next product.

They’ll be okay to send you parts for you to repair something but I’ve heard they aren’t too eager to accept a return or repairs on their part.

I was charged shipping for a “free” Ayaneo 2 heat sink upgrade that they never sent to me. I complained about it on the GPD server and they immediately reached out to me to offer a refund

It probably makes sense for IGG to have a global ID system for all campaigns in a single pledge database, but a campaign pledge ID (as it was before) is much simpler for the customer. Only by accessing the link sent by the email, you will be able to find your refund/cancel button

If you browse igg website and look at your pledge project by accessing the library or something and clicking into it from just using the website

Yes, I will get this device late. It is okay. Konkr Pocket Fit G3gen3 is really a good retro handheld. I rank this one higher than RPG2 and RP6.

You have extra power with the Elite, but that will hardly matter for the games it runs on 12gb RAM, the more modern stuff will want 16gb... like FF7 Remake, runs even on the 8gen2, but needs 16gb RAM or it will crash. With the G3 Gen3 you sit comfortably at ~40fps and the Elite pushes the 60... but that's still pointless on 12gb RAM
