Is this Normal for Kontroll freek to Leave some oil and gunk? I never seen this before till today.

Really appreciate you reaching out about this! I can see why that’d be a bit concerning to notice 🤔

In all our experience (and from what other customers report), the thumbsticks don’t normally leave behind any kind of oil or residue, so what you’re describing is definitely unusual.

Most of the time, when something like this pops up, it ends up being related to external factors. Stuff like natural oils from hands, cleaning products, heat, or even contact with other surfaces/materials.

I’d suggest giving both the controller sticks and the thumbsticks a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth (slightly damp if needed) and seeing if it comes back after some use 👍
