nonono, I mean "what's the point". NFC files, apart from amiibos and such collectibles, will always be application specifi. there's no point in having a huge database at all times. subGhz, same thing, but on top of that there's rolling codes.
ok, I misunderstands, indeed with NFC, but there are a reason several people did this.
My opinion is having a collection is better than non. NFC, true, theres no point of having a collection, and I had a lot of my personal stuffs
A use case that would have good for me was my fan in the living room it uses sub-ghz and the remote was lost for a month. Once I finally had it though, it's just a simple signal, not a rolling code, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same for every one the made for the same model.
If there was a database that happened to have that, I could have been using the fan that whole time.
doubt, most subghz transmitter chips even come with an randomized signal
