Recently made this small PCB which fits the cc1101 (Blue one with 2 big holes on each side).

Also included a .stl file for a 3d printed case, though it's not really optimized yet

(You probably have to drill the holes bigger if possible, since I had small screws)

Designed with JLCPCB's "EasyEDA" software, therefore its recommended to order from them for optimal compatibility
