#PC not resetting

I have tried to reset my pc multiple times using cloud and local and tried to reset from boot options and when in windows it gets stuck at 30 or 100 percent and if i do it from the boot options it just freezes and most the time it doesnt even come up with a popup to even reset the pc when i click the option

The built-in reset options can be quite buggy. If you've ever messed with your drives, formatting, partitioning, etc., on the same drive as your OS, it can break.

The recommended way to reset & cleanly re-install Windows is via the Media Creation Tool. You create an installer on a USB drive, boot into the USB, and install Windows from there.

Note: Guide above is for Windows 10. The process is the exact same for Windows 11, except you use Windows 11's Media Creation Tool.

While you are at it, look into configuring your own autounattened.xml file for a nice, custom version of Windows—all supported by Microsoft directly.
