So i have 4 sticks of ram 8 GB each (4x8GB 3200mhz)
Whenever I open my PC and check the my RAM in task manager the only usable is 16GB
Specs:
3400g
4x8GB RAM
B550 Arous Elite rev 1 (Bios updated to F18)
600W PSU (+80w)
I tried :
Optimized Bios
Reset Bios via removeing Cmos battery
I still get the same issue. Thank you!

If you have the option to enable EXPO or XMP, choose EXPO - that is the AMD optimized implementation.

Only 16 GB being committed is normal - if it needs more, it'll commit more.

I don't quite understand what you mean, tbh.
If Windows needs more, when you start a game or whatever, it'll utilize more - simple as that 🤷♂️

Check your BIOS. Research your motherboard and see if there are toggles to get it down.
Most likely, you will need to re-install Windows.
