it shouldn't. but I only see 75.8C there?
But the Max you're seeing there isn't necessarily just while idle, it's the Max since the app was started. Make sure your PC is done with all it's bootup and updates and whatever and is truly sitting idle and reset the stats and let it site for an hour or so of "doing nothing" and check again.
75.8C when Package Power was 100W is not unreasonable.

Do not worry about temps at all.
Only worry about temperature if it's slowing itself down because of it.

I don't see the issue.
left side is the current temperature, middle is the minimum and right hand is max temperature.
and judging by the wattage the CPU went pretty close to a full load at some point.
