I recently turned on hcvi to play valorant but suddenly my pc was just frozen so i turned it off and turned it back on but it will no longer display out and keeps turning on for a bit then shutting off and doing this in a cycle

Operating systems typically don't like it when you change key features like that, as they directly affect the OS & how it runs.
Turn it off, or re-install Windows.

Also, don't know if this applied but if they installed a modified windows iso that could cause issues as well.
