Unable to download fsltl for msfs 2020

When i get to the end of the download, it comes up with Error: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open 'D:\msfs community\flybywire-current-install-316\full.zip' alongside 02RXXWMWG4Z2N9 can anyone help me please?

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and look for any processes related to MSFS, FlyByWire, or the FlyByWire Installer. End those tasks. Open File Explorer, navigate to D:\msfs community\flybywire-current-install-316\full.zip, and try deleting or renaming it manually.
