Popping up “widows power shell” | FlyByWire Simulations | Page 1

After I downloaded the a380 from flybywire last night, it pops up a screen(I forgot what it is) after that when I restart my computer this page will show up. After I shut down the flybywire app in Taskmanager—>startup apps
The situation didn’t happen. So I am pretty sure this app is the problem. After I check online, lots say it’s a virus infection, so guys is it normal?
